Individual Patient Solutions

The future of implant manufacturing has arrived.

A paradigm shift

Recreating the symmetry and function of the bones with a precise implant made for one patient was science fixation years ago.

Today, the surgeons direct our team of experts in a virtual online planning process as the their vision for the reconstruction is planned and manufactured with the latest materials and processes.

The solution starts with a simple transfer of CT data and a description or drawing of your concept.

The first design is generated and discussed in a virtual environment using the latest communication and planning software.

The anatomy is examined, including orbital shape and comparison can be made between the patient's left and right side.

Implants are manufactured at a very high standard of quality using the latest in technology, including additive manufacturing (AM) techniques such as three-dimensional selective laser melting.

This provides us the ability to create shapes that are very complex, and in some cases, were impossible to make in the past.

For each case the right material

Highly advanced materials are available for your implant - each with its specific properties that make it particularly suitable for specific fields of use. Our large range of sophisticated manufacturing facilities enables us to cope with any challenge.

Reconstruction no longer requires hand bending weaker, malleable flat meshes and requires a fraction of the time it once did. The precision of the reconstruction is predictable and satisfying to both doctor and patient.

Schedule a call with your local sales consultant or our product team to get started. We can arrange an online or in-person meeting to provide options for your case. If you have a CT Scan already, we can have it on screen for your call.
