Bidirectional Mandibular Distraction

The anatomical challenge of micrognathia is one of both anterior and inferior projection. Often the single vector device is chosen to simply meet a planned endpoint. While distracted bone will not maintain a curve, having the ability to adjust in two dimensions gives significantly more control over the end point of the final position.

Wood Zurich Intraoral Distractor

The Wood-Zurich is at its basic components - two Zurich distractors in one. Control of the ramus and body activation is performed via two different activation arms.

Zurich Bidirectional Mandibular Distractor

The Bi-Directional with the angle plate allows the user to not only control both dimensions, but maintain a true angle. It is two distraction devices together - for simultaneous lengthening of both ramus and body.
